Bob Barr started his coaching career in the early 80's with the then Kanata March Hares. He was asked if he would be willing to "help out" every once in a while. Bob hasn't left the field since.
Bob held the postion of Offensive Coordinator at Mosquito, Pee Wee and Bantam through the 1996 season. Form 1997 on Bob has held the postion of Head Coach Bantam, Tyke, Mosquito and Pee Wee.
During Bob's coaching career teams failed to make a divisional final only four times. In 1995 Bob was the Offensive Coordinator for the Pee Wee team at the Provinical Championships. The team played in a tough 8-6 loss to the Guelph Bears.
2003 Knights Tykes win "A" Division Championship.
2005 Knights Mosquitoes win "A" Division Championship for the first time in the team's 35 year history.
2007 Knights Pee Wees win "A" Division Championship.
In 2007 Bob was recognized by NCAFA for coaching his 250th game. Bob is a certified Level Three Football coach and will be an assistant coach at the Mosquito level in 2008. Bob has alos takne on the role of Club President for 2008.
